The Circuit Court Clerk serves as a clerk for the Circuit, Criminal, General Sessions and Juvenile Courts.

The Circuit Court Clerk also serves as the jury coordinator and ADA coordinator.

The following items are prohibited in the Greene County Courthouse:

1. No Cellphones, Smart watches, Cameras or other Electronic Devices.
2. No vapes, tobacco products, or lighters.
3. No Weapons, Knives, Pepper Spray or sharp objects of any kind.
4. No Backpacks or Large Handbags.
5. No outside food or drinks.

 

**Any medication must be in its original bottle with label.

Please observe the following dress code for court proceedings:

1. No shorts or tank tops.
2. No vulgar or obscene gestures.
3. No jeans with excessive holes.
4. No hats in the courtrooms.

 

**If you have any court evidence on an electronic device it must be saved to an external drive or printed off.
